With optimized electrical ballasts and lamps, the S, CS, and C series offers more efficient power consumption to reduce electricity and total operational costs. The units incorporate an integral electrical enclosure for ease of installation, and a remote enclosure mounting option allows even greater installation flexibility. All models use fewer UV lamps, O-rings, and quartz sleeves than previous models, as well as, easily accessible key components that simplify periodic maintenance.

Vertical models are designed to prevent restrictive air pockets. The flow inlet connection at the bottom of the UV reactor allows direct entry from the bottom, and a unique fluid outlet discharge at the top enables direct exit from the top. No air is trapped, improving hydraulic efficiency. The system’s optimized hydraulic design increases retention time for additional UV exposure, while AUV’s baffle design improves flow control and capacity.
